2、 Biodegradation Process of Odor Gas Deodorization Treatment Device
1. Gas liquid diffusion stage: Odorous gas substances are adsorbed or absorbed by microorganisms on the packing material and transferred from the gas phase to the biological phase;
2. Liquid solid diffusion stage: Odorous gas substances come into contact with the water on the surface of the biofilm in the biological filtration (tank) tower packing and dissolve in water, transferring from the gas phase to the liquid phase water. H2S dissolved in water is adsorbed by the organisms inhabiting the packing and transferred from the liquid phase to the biological phase;
3. Biological oxidation stage: Microorganisms in the biofilm formed on the surface of biological fillers feed on and inhabit odorous gas substances. Odorous substances and VOCs are oxidized and decomposed by living microorganisms, generating energy during the transformation process, providing energy for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and enabling the continuous transformation of odorous gas substances.
